Transmission Performance of Halbach Array Cylindrical Permanent Magnet Governor

چکیده

A novel cylinder permanent magnet governor (CPMG) with Halbach segmentation is proposed in this paper. In order to improve the transmission performance of CPMG, different (PM) arrangement methods are adopted. To achieve a fair comparison result, all PMs same size. The main magnetic fluxes considered obtain comprehensive equivalent circuit model CPMG array and analytical output torque that calculated. method transmitted for then presented. Additionally, effect average under parameters thickness copper rings, slip rate effective coupling rings investigated. Finally, prototype platform ready testing on field. results were consistent simulation, error was kept within range 5%. This research can provide theoretical practical reference optimal design characteristic CPMG.
